The Portfolio: A Philosophy in Practice This page is a reflection of my experiences in Art Practice that spans over a decade. My work in the studio mirrors the same philosophical approaches as my teaching roles, drawing inspiration from lived experience. Currently exploring drawing as ‘generative’ making, I keenly investigate the practice and theory of drawing as an expressive form. Beginning with marks on paper, my work takes on many renditions with the use of various new media. Personal studies in digital mediums also explore notions of disembodiment, emergent making and process-based insight generation. I find that this muti-modal methodology of thinking and making is crucial to my pursuits.
